KPE Episode 413: True Mystery Stories

Room 20 have kicked off the year for KPE with two of the Year 8 students creating a podcast of "True Mystery Stories" by Terry Deary. What makes people want to solve a mystery?  Cruz and Matthew R discuss this book which has seven short stories.

There are some things that can never be explained. Find out: how one woman checked into a Parisian hotel - and then disappeared?, why a flight never returned, with no sign of wreckage or survivors? & if the ghosts of Borley rectory can ever rest in peace? You will uncover some mysterious events from real life and decide what you think really happened.
Check out some of Cruz and Matthew's work from when they were much younger :)

  2. Hey Mathew and Cruz,

I have actually read that book and it has left me puzzled too. I would be really worried if everyone told me my mother didn't exist. What do you think happened to Mrs Greaves?

Well keep up the great work!

I think that your podcast was great. I really liked the way you used some good vocab like theory and premises etc. It was really good of you to leave a mystery so that people can be encouraged to read the book.
